2. Other Facts.

Tanzania is one of the best known African countries especially for the Kilimanjaro Mountain and its relative political stability spearheaded by Mzee Julius Nyerere, a retired statesman still involved in resolving conflicts around the continent. He is one of two African leaders to have voluntarily relinquished power. As of late, Mzee Nyerere has been involved in negotiations to resolve the civil strifes in Burundi.
