Your analyses are part of an initial screening process of international markets. By no means will your analyses result in a final decision. However, your tool should help the Executive team initially screen potential markets. After the initial screening, they will perform a much more in-depth analysis of a sub-set of potential markets to look at cultural-fit, potential partners, regulatory issues, language barriers, security and privacy issues associated with their technology solutions, and many others!
