Chemistry Seminar consists of a weekly series of presentations on current research given by students and outside speakers. Chemistry Seminar consists of three courses: Chem 322 is a semester course for juniors, and Chem 421/422 are semester courses for seniors.
Course Descriptions
Chem 322: Junior Seminar
Regular attendance in departmental seminar program. Normally taken in the junior year. One class hour per week.
Prerequisite: Chemistry 206.

Chem 421/422: Senior Seminar
Participation in departmental seminar program, to include regular attendance and one presentation during one of the two semesters. Presentation will include both written and oral component, each prepared on specific topic in chemistry. One class hour per week.
Prerequisite: Chemistry 322 or Biology 387. Chemistry 421 is a prerequisite for Chemistry 422.
