Students in the R-J lab have the
opportunities to attend local and national meetings to present their
research. These meetings are usually affiliated with the
American Society for
Microbiology. Support for student travel for these meetings is
provided by a variety of mechanisms including the University of Richmond
School of Arts and Science, the American Society for Microbiology travel
grants, and the National Institutes of Health.
