Making histograms in Excel

1. Highlight data.

2. Click 'Insert'

3. Go to 'Recommended Charts'.

4. Click on 'Insert Statistic Chart'.

5. Select 'Histogram'. You will get the default chart.

6. Double click the chart.

7. On the right-hand side click 'Series Options'. Select 'Horixontal Axis'.

8. Click the histogram icon.

9. Click 'Axis Options'.

10. Check 'Bin width' and enter a value in the box. Hit 'Return'.

11. Or check 'Number of bins', enter a value in the box, and hit 'Return'.
