Here are my lecture notes. In some cases they are not quite complete -- you will see bulleted lists, etc., instead of prose. In other cases, they may depart from the lecture considerably, either providing more detail of topics covered in class or delving into topics we don't even mention. Finally, I may also cover some topics in greater detail in class than they are covered in the textbook. The bottom line is, you should study from both your own lecture notes, my detailed presentations (uploaded after lecturs as PDFs) and those that are posted below.
