Tutorial: Calibration Curves next topic

In the calibration curve procedure, the signal from one or more calibration standards is measured and compared directly to the signal measured for the sample(s). Usually the calibration standards are fairly simple: for example, solutions will often contain the analyte as the only solute. The calibration curve method is most useful when matrix effects on the signal are absent.
